RETURN POLICY

My Mattress Company LLC
Effective Date: April 2, 2025

At My Mattress Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to love your purchase. Because mattresses are personal-use products, our return policy is structured to protect both you and our business.


1. Sleep Trial (If Applicable)

We offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial on eligible mattresses purchased directly from mymattress.rest.

To qualify:

 -You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return.

 -The request must be submitted within 100 nights of delivery.

 -The mattress must be in sanitary condition (no stains, odors, damage, or misuse).

 -The mattress must have been used with a proper foundation and mattress protector.

If eligible, we will arrange for pickup or donation and issue a refund minus applicable fees (see below).


2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

 -Product must be purchased directly from mymattress.rest.

 -Customer must provide proof of purchase.

 -Product must be free of excessive wear, stains, burns, pet damage, or structural misuse.

 -Returned items must not be marked “Final Sale.”

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

 -Pillows

 -Mattress protectors

 -Sheets and bedding accessories

 -Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”

 -Gift cards


4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

 -Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 -Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 -Return pickup fees may apply.

 -Financing fees (Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, etc.) are non-refundable.

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after inspection confirmation.


5. Exchanges

We allow one comfort exchange per order during the sleep trial period. Exchange availability may depend on inventory.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your mattress arrives damaged:

 -Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

 -Provide photos of the damage and packaging.

 -We will coordinate replacement or repair at no cost if the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, they are subject to the standard return process.


8. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.
