  • Free standard shipping within the contiguous United States

  • No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations

  • Orders typically process within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery timelines vary by carrier and location

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain interruptions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

100-Night Risk-Free Trial

We offer a 100-night trial beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

A minimum 30-night adjustment period is required before any return or exchange request.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Mattress must be in sanitary condition

  • No stains, odors, burns, tears, or excessive wear

  • Used on proper supportive foundation

  • Photos may be required

  • Donation or disposal documentation may be required

Failure to meet these conditions voids eligibility.

Return Process

We do not physically retrieve mattresses.

If approved:

  1. Customer must donate, recycle, or dispose responsibly

  2. Provide proof of donation or disposal

  3. Refund processed within 7–10 business days after verification

Refunds issued to original payment method only.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Trial Limitations

  • Limited to one trial per household

  • Applies only to purchases made directly from mymattress.rest

  • Excludes final sale or clearance items

  • After 100 nights, all sales are final

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions

  • Collection activity

  • Reporting to fraud monitoring systems

We reserve all rights to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties apply separately from the trial period.

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover misuse, improper support, stains, or normal wear.
